Effective 12 June 2026 · Vibo is operated by TECHZONEX L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, UAE
The short version: Vibo is built ephemeral. Live voice is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored by default. Channels are invite-only — there are no public profiles, no directories, and no public channels. We don't sell data, and we don't run ads.
This website (vibo.fm)
No accounts, no tracking cookies, no advertising or analytics scripts.
To show prices in your local currency, the pricing section asks ipapi.co for your country based on your IP address. No other data is sent, and you can override the detected country manually.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard connection logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.
The Vibo app (pre-release)
The iPhone app is in development. When it launches, the policy will cover, and we will limit ourselves to:
Account: your phone number and display name, used for sign-in and so your groups know who's talking.
Live voice: transmitted in real time through our audio infrastructure (LiveKit) solely for the session you initiate. Not recorded, not stored, not analyzed — by default nothing can be replayed.
Push tokens: Apple push-to-talk tokens, used only to wake your device for incoming voice.
Channel data: group names and membership, so invite-only access can be enforced. Invite links expire and can be revoked.
For teams: workspace admins see named activity (who transmitted on which channel, and SOS events) for their own workspace — that accountability is a stated product feature, shown in-app, never hidden.
What we never do
No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers or advertisers.
No public discovery — strangers cannot find or join your groups.
No voice recording or transcription unless you explicitly enable a feature that says so on the tin.
